I have 2 children. Can they be in a lesson together?
Of course they can.
As long as they are of similar
age and have similar swimming skills. Otherwise, we
encourage you to contact your trainer.
Do you offer make-ups for missed swim lessons?
Yes, we allow up to 6 make-up lessons per year. If you need
to cancel a lesson, simply call or email us before the start
of your lesson.
Can I be in the water with my child during a lesson?
Yes, however, semi-private lessons are for children that
are water safe and can swim independently. We will make this
decision with your instructor on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer refunds, credits or transfers?
If you cancel your plan prior to the end of your billing
period, a pro-rated credit will be added to your account for
any unused time on the plan. You can use this credit to make
future plan purchases.
How do I change the date and time of my lessons?
Changing fixed classes is always free, we will be happy to
adjust the schedule for you. We can also help you with this
over the phone or via email.
How old do children need to be to learn to swim?
We start learning children at the age of 6 months. Many of
our students are also adults. There is no upper age
limit.
