Terms and Conditions – Elitesgen Academy

Enrollment Agreement:

By enrolling in swimming lessons with Elitesgen Academy, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Payment:

Payment for swimming lessons must be made in advance to secure your spot in the program.
Payment options and schedules will be provided upon registration.
Payment for swimming lessons is due at the time of registration.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made prior to the start of the swimming program may be eligible for a refund, subject to an administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the start of the program, except under extenuating circumstances as determined by Elitesgen Academy.

Attendance and Missed Classes:

It is the responsibility of the student or their guardian to ensure punctual attendance for all scheduled lessons.
Missed lessons will not be refunded or rescheduled unless due to unforeseen circumstances and with prior approval from Elitesgen Academy.

Health and Safety:

Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the academy and it’s instructors.
It is the responsibility of the participant or their guardian to inform Elitesgen Academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or other relevant health information that may impact participation in swimming lessons.
Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children during lessons.

Liability Waiver:

Participants or their guardians acknowledge that swimming activities involve inherent risks.
Participants and their parents/guardians hereby release Elitesgen Academy, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in swimming lessons.

Conduct:

Respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants is expected at all times. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of swimming lessons without a refund.

Lesson Cancellation:

Elitesgen Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or pool maintenance.
In such cases, efforts will be made to notify participants in advance, and make-up lessons may be offered at the discretion of Elitesgen Academy.

Photography and Videography:

Elitesgen Academy may occasionally photograph or video participants for purposes including progression journey logging, technique and performance analysis, and promotional purposes.
By enrolling in swimming lessons, participants or their guardians consent to the use of their likeness in such materials, including the use of selected photographs and videos for promotional purposes.

Updates to Terms and Conditions:

Elitesgen Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or through our website.

By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
